Assistant Program Coordinator

National Civil Defense and Disaster Management Training Institute (NDTI), South Korea

2018 — 2019

Supported three international disaster-management training programs, each lasting about three weeks, for public officials from Southeast Asia, Central and South America, Africa, and Palestine.
Worked with KOICA and UNDRR on scheduling, participant coordination, interpretation, and on-site operations.
Documented each program through photography and created Korean-English brochures and promotional materials in Adobe InDesign.

Turned a Google Sheets record-keeping process into an MS Access prototype linking student details, contacts, lesson records, and remaining lesson counts by ID.
