01 · Systems Design · Full-Stack · Operations
A solo-built website, portal, CRM, and workflow system developed as one connected platform.
Overview
The academy launched without a central operational system. As the business grew, enrolment, scheduling, lesson records, payments, and student tracking were brought into one connected system.
The problem
Operations began without a shared system. Records, lesson balances, schedules, and student progress were tracked manually or inconsistently, creating a need to digitise and connect the workflow.
Implementation
Four components designed to work as one system.
A multilingual public site for enquiries and bookings.
Enquiries, payments, packages, and follow-ups in one workflow.

Scheduling and follow-ups with less manual work.
Lesson records and progress tracking for tutors and students.
How it fits together
Each component connects to the same student record. Enquiries flow into the CRM, then into scheduling and lesson records. Automation reduces duplicate entry and manual tracking.

Where it stands
Tech
Next.js and TypeScript power the interfaces. Google Sheets, Forms, Apps Script, and Calendar support operational workflows, while Neon Postgres stores extended application data.
